Serrano Superior is cultivated in the "Sierra Maestra" mountain range, in the east of the island, 1000 meters above sea level. The Sierra Maestra is the highest point in Cuba and crosses the southern part of the country, from the province of Guantanamo to Niquero. The nature of the soil, the shade and the climatic conditions allow this coffee to grow optimally. In the cup, it is a strong one with beautiful notes of almond and sweet spices. If you press the taste, you will be able to smell small notes of smoke, linked to the very specific terroir and to the tobacco plantations located around the coffee plantations!
