For the return of products for purchases through the Eshop, the following apply:

Return of Products – Right of withdrawal from distance contracts (Law 2251/1994)

Return due to incorrect shipment of unordered Products

In the event that you choose to return the Product (not ordered by you), within the specified period of seven (7) calendar days from the date the Company requests the return of the Product, the Product must be in perfect condition, unused and its packaging must be intact, i.e. not unsealed or tampered with. In these cases, the Company undertakes the shipping costs for the return of the Product to its main store/headquarters as well as the shipping costs for the replacement of the Product, provided that the returned Products are returned by you to Us in the same way and in the same transport company that received them. In the event that the Product is unsealed by you or its packaging is damaged without reasonable cause or has been used or is not in the perfect condition in which it was originally delivered, the Company reserves the right not to accept its return (therefore you are obliged to normally pay the price for this Product) and not to undertake the above costs or ask you for their return in case he has already paid them.

Right of withdrawal

You reserve the right to return the Products you have purchased from the Online Store and thus withdraw from the sales contract drawn up in accordance with the above, without having to state the reasons, within fourteen (14) calendar days from their receipt, in accordance with article 3e of Law 2251/1994. This withdrawal of yours (hereinafter the  "Withdrawal") is exercised under the following terms and conditions:

(a)  In case of several Products ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the above deadline starts from the time of receipt of the last Product.

(b) Withdrawal is without reason and you are required to return the Product exactly in the perfect condition you received it. In particular, the returned Product must not have been used, be in excellent condition ("as new"), exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc., which are not they should have tears or wear/damages) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, features and guarantees forms, connection cables, etc.). In addition, in order to accept a return of the Product, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the Product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.

(c) The return of the Product is accepted only if you have previously paid i) any amount that the Company may have incurred for sending the Product to you, and ii) the shipping costs for its return, which (expenses) you bear even in the case that your order was shipped for free.

(d) The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing and sent to:
i) or at the postal address of the Company listed above,
i) either to the e-mail address and the company is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it receives it.

(e) You must return the Product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you notified Us of the Withdrawal and We demonstrably became aware of it. The return is made to the main store (Agiou Georgiou 9, Komotini TK 691 00). If you wish, we can collect the Product to be returned from you, at your expense.

(f) Following the declaration of Withdrawal, we are obliged to return to you the price we received for the returned Product. The refund to you will be made at the latest within the same period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the time we received proven knowledge of your Withdrawal.

(g) Product that was sold with an additional gift must be returned with the additional gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

(the) For the rest, the provisions of Law 2251/1994 apply to your right of Withdrawal, its conditions and its exercise, as it applies from time to time to any other (existing or future) applicable legislation.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Your above Right of Withdrawal, indicative and not restrictive does not apply:

(a) In the cases where the price of the Products has been paid in a physical store of the Company and in addition, the Products have been received from a physical store of the Company, as the sale is not considered to have been carried out remotely and does not fall under the protective provisions of Law 2251/1994.

(b) Products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery. E-Cigarette refill liquids explicitly and without exception fall into this category of Products for which the Company no returns accepted after delivering them to you.

(c) For the rest, the provisions of article 3l of Law 2251/1994 apply to the exceptions to your right of Withdrawal, its conditions and its exercise, as it applies from time to time to any other (existing or future) applicable legislation.

Money return

(a) After we have received the returned Product and the relevant department of the Company has verified that the conditions of articles 5.6.1 and 5.6.2 are met, you will receive a refund within thirty (30) working days as specified below. From the moment the said amount is credited to our account, it may take a few days (depending on the bank you have indicated) for the transaction to be visible to you.

(b) If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. If your order is shipped to a destination outside the European Union, duties and taxes cannot be refunded. In any case, you can recover these costs by contacting your local customs office directly. As this option may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you use a customs broker if you wish to refund the amount of customs duties on the returned Products.

(c) In case of return of Products in accordance with the above conditions, you will be informed by e-mail about the refund of your money as follows:

i) in the event that the payment has been made either via PayPal, or by credit card or by depositing into one of the bank accounts, the funds will either be credited to the debit/credit card you used during the transaction or by transfer to the bank account you indicated during the deposit of the funds or you notified us later.

i) in the event that the payment has been made by cash on delivery: The money will be credited to the bank account that you will indicate to us for this purpose after contacting the Customer Service department.
