All orders placed daily by 13:00 are processed on the same day with next working day delivery (if all the products in your order are available in our central warehouse). In the event that the order is registered after 13:00, it is taken as an order of the next working day. Friday orders after 13.00, Saturday and Sunday orders are executed on Monday.

After sending your order you will receive an e-mail confirming the completion and dispatch of the order, which contains the voucher number with which your order was executed.

Estimated delivery times for orders are 1-3 business days to major cities. Our company makes every effort to receive your order within 24-72 hours throughout Greece.

Official holidays and cases of force majeure such as weather phenomena etc. are excluded from the above. The delivery times are only indicative and the Nicoteam company is not responsible for any delays in deliveries that are not due to fault or constitute force majeure events, e.g. problems from severe weather, strikes or road network etc.

BY TRANSPORT COMPANY

Upon agreement, we can send you the products you have chosen with a transport company. This specific shipping method mainly concerns items of great weight or volume, which cannot be sent by courier company. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient to the shipping company upon receipt. There is no cash on delivery option for courier shipments. Payment is made in all other ways available to our company (bank account deposit). The shipment is carried out after the full payment of the order amount by the customer. To serve you better, please contact us before placing your order in our e-shop.

For the best and most immediate service to you as well as the safest shipping, the Nicoteam company reserves the right to change the shipping method of your order.

3.50 euros up to 3 kilos

6.00 euros from 3 to 10 kg

8.50 euros from 11 to 30 kg

1.25 euros for each additional 1 kg

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

3.70 euros to remote-inaccessible regions of the region.

If you choose store pickup there is no charge.
