Rum Matusalem Platino is a triple distilled and double filtered premium white aged rum.

• Matured with the solera method, it has a soft and velvety character, with complexity and a creamy texture in the mouth.
• Aromas of citrus, vanilla, butter and coffee enlivened by subtle cinnamon and a light toasted coconut finish.
• An excellent base for cocktails, we suggest enjoying it like Ernest Hemingway in a delicious Hemingway Daiquiri.
• In a shaker with ice, add 50ml Matusalem Platino, 20ml Luxardo Maraschino, 15ml Lime Juice and 15ml Grapefruit Juice.
• Serve in a coupette glass and garnish with a piece of grapefruit.
